Intellectual Property Notice

Lost Archive Club respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, designers, and rights‑holders, and we expect all users of our website to do the same. As a UK‑based retailer of vintage and pre‑owned clothing, we take care to ensure that all listings comply with applicable UK laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and relevant trademark legislation. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, you may request its removal by submitting a Notice and Takedown Report.

To allow us to investigate and respond promptly, your notice must include the following information: authority of the complainant, including an electronic or physical signature of the rights‑holder or a signature from a person authorised to act on their behalf, along with evidence of that authority if applicable; identification of the material, including a clear description of the copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content you believe has been infringed and the exact URL or location on the Lost Archive Club website where it appears; your contact information, including full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number; a statement of good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights‑holder, their agent, or the law; and a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights‑holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice and Takedown Report, Lost Archive Club will review the claim and take appropriate action in accordance with UK law, which may include temporarily removing or disabling access to the material while the matter is investigated.
